Christmas came early this year for web analytics gurus around the world. Google unveiled the addition of several new features to its Analytics platform at yesterday’s eMetrics Summit in Washington, DC.
The goal of the new beta features is to make it easier for Google Analytics users to discover, create, and access the metrics important to them. Google outlined the new features on their analytics blog. They are: Advanced Segmentation, Custom Reports, a data export API (private beta), integrated reporting for AdSense publishers (private beta), multi-dimensional data visualizations called “Motion Charts,” and an updated user and administrative interface.
As web analtyics professionals and avid Google Analytics users, we couldn’t be more excited at Blue Corona. These new features incorporate all of the proprietary features we have been using into one simple interface. If you aren’t yet using Google Analytics, set-up an account today – it’s free!
