They target based on product or interest and the minimum campaign budget is $100.
Headline Search Ads
Headline search ads show at the top of search results and there is only one ad space available.
Three product ads show on desktop and only one on mobile. Once clicked, the ad goes to a landing page of product listings, where the user can click on a specific product in an ad that goes to the product page.
They target based on keywords (phrase or exact matches—no close variants) and the minimum budget is $100. We’ve found that Amazon automatically pauses keywords with low click-through-rate (CTR) after they reach an impression threshold (estimated about 1,000).
Sponsored Product Ads
Sponsored product ads show on product pages and target by keywords, including broad match.
