Blue Corona Attends the Remodeling Show and Deck Expo 2014
Blue Corona spent two days at the Baltimore Remodeling Show and Deck Expo, an event that draws thousands of professionals in the remodeling industry to receive hands-on training and business education. The event had a 30 percent increase in attendance over the 2013 show, and attendees came from not only all over the United States, but from around the world.
The Remodeling Show and Deck Expo is an annual trade-only residential construction mega-event that provides remodelers, deck builder, and other industry professionals with a vibrant exhibit hall filled with products and services from leading industry manufacturers, an educational conference program with business and job site training, and networking events every day of the event.
Ben Landers, President and CEO of Blue Corona, said the expo gave him fresh perspective on the remodeling industry, and he enjoyed showing remodeling professionals how online marketing can really help their businesses. He said he was surprised to see how few remodeling companies had mobile websites, which are key not only for search engine optimization, but also for online marketing as a whole.
“Despite all the stats about the growth of mobile device usage, very few remodeling companies have a decent mobile web presence” he said.
