Vistage is the world’s largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for small and midsized business leaders. Vistage members set aside one day each month to meet with their peer advisory group, typically 12-16 CEOs from non-competing companies, to work “on” vs. “in” their businesses.

Vistage Chairs are one part coach and one part meeting facilitator; Many are former CEOs. While every Vistage Chair is an accomplished business leader, Peter is in a class of his own. He is a Master Chair and 4-time STAR award winner. He was named the Best Practice Chair for the Washington/Baltimore region. He received the Robert Nourse “Vistage Chair of the Year” award in 2016, and in 2020, he was the recipient of the Don Cope Memorial Award, the most prestigious of all Vistage awards!
